Winter is cruel to chained and penned dogs, especially for the elderly and females with litters of puppies.  

Please report animal concerns to:
 

• River Valley Humane Society 

• City and County Animal Control Agencies and Shelters

• City and County Law Enforcement 

• State Police

If you don't get a response and the problem continues, keep trying.

 

Agencies will keep your identity private. Demand action.
